Rent-A-Center, Inc. (NASDAQ/NGS:RCII), the nation’s largest rent-to-own
operator, today announced the appointment of Ralph Hodges to divisional
vice president.

Reporting to Jeff White, executive vice president, Hodges is charged
with overseeing 500 locations in the Company’s midwest division.
With over 17 years of operations leadership experience within the
financial-services and retail industries, Hodges most recently served as
divisional vice president at Axcess Financial, the affiliates of which
include Check n’ Go, Allied Cash Advance, Cheque Centre and Cash
Generator. While with the company, he directly led 400 stores and over
1200 team members.
